Democrat Aimee Belgard versus a Tea Party Carpetbagger for Congress in NJ-CD3

"Tea Party Tom" MacArthur is running for election to Congress as the GOP candidate to fill the seat vacated by GOP incumbent Jon Runyan, despite his living in another district 100 miles to the north.
