NJ3: Teabag candidate for Congress is largest self-funder

After putting another one million dollars into his campaign account, "Teabagger Tom" MacArthur in New Jersey's third congressional district is now the largest self-funder of any congressional candidate in the country. Recent polls show him in a competitive race with his Democratic opponent, Aimee Belgard, to fill the open seat of retiring GOP incumbent Jon Runyan.
