Teabagger in close race with Dem for Congress in NJ-3

According to a recent poll, "Teabagger Tom" MacArthur finds himself in a dead heat with Democratic opponent Aimee Belgard to replace GOP incumbent Jon Runyan for Congress in NJ's 3rd congressional district.
