NJ-3: Teabagger in close race with Dem in GOP district

"Teabagger Tom" MacArthur is running scared with recent polls showing a virtual tie in the race to succeed GOP incumbent Jon Runyan in NJ's GOP-leaning third congressional district. His opponent, Aimee Belgard, has a significant war chest and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has targeted the race with additional funding.
