NJ GOP Congress candidate sued NFL for memory loss but now says his memory is fine

NJ GOP candidate for Congress Garry Cobb sued the NFL two years ago for concussion related symptoms but now says he has no symptoms. Cobb claimed as a former player he suffered memory loss but now says he can't remember losing his memory.
