NJ's Lt. Gov. threatens Mayor of Hoboken

Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno tells Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer that she'll take Sandy relief money away if Zimmer doesn't approve a redevlopment project "important to the Governor".
